This one bedroom Beach Front Condo Rental is perfect for a couple with or without children. Our unit offers a queen size bed in the master bedroom with a private bath as well as a 2nd full bath and sleeper sofa in living room. We have soft carpet in the bedroom and tile in all other rooms. We have a TV in the bedroom and in the living room. DVD player and CD stereo offered in living room. There is access from the living area to your large private balcony overlooking the beach & Gulf of Mexico, where you can watch the dolphins play while having your morning coffee. The evening sunset is spectacular! Take a stroll on the boardwalk to your sugar white sand beach! From your Gulf-front balcony you can enjoy unobstructed views and spectacular sunsets over the Gulf beaches. Step out of the complex, directly onto the sugar-white beach and in a few short steps you will wiggle your toes in the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You will not want to leave! There is a washer and dryer in our condo and a fully stocked kitchen with barstools for extra seating. All linens are provided; just bring your own beach towels. This condominium is located on East Beach Boulevard, Gulf Shores, Al – The last condo on the beach before you reach the Gulf State Park Fishing Pier. No matter what time of year or what the weather is like outside, you and the kids can have a great time in the very large heated indoor pool or hot tub. Royal Palms also has a sauna and a steam room. The huge Gulf Front outdoor pool has plenty of lounge chairs and offers great views of the waters of the Gulf.
